All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
That said, if an issue occurs, we will assist you as much as possible by helping you contact the carrier and providing any necessary information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
